Mountain Summers on the Arlberg

Everyday life seems so very far away in the mountain world around the 1,793 m high Arlberg Pass - where the Austrian provinces of Tyrol and Vorarlberg intersect. Unspoilt nature, invitingly sophisticated villages and a remarkable variety of activities welcome those seeking relaxation and active leisure lovers: hiking, climbing, golfing, great food and drink and amazing experiences.

Summer on the Arlberg

There are surprises waiting to be discovered in every corner of the Arlberg: a fossilised primeval sea, Europe’s largest alpine ibex colony and the world’s largest display of edelweiss flowers in St. Anton. Lovingly designed themed and adventure trails present the flora, fauna and cultural history of the region in a way that is suitable for the whole family, while the scent of bacon and traditional “Kaiserschmarren” omelette entices visitors to the sunny terraces of the mountain huts. Excellent cuisine is also offered by the restaurants and hotels in St. Anton, Stuben and Lech, who spoil summer guests with their customary (toque winning) standards.

Holiday resorts with character

The mountain villages on the Arlberg are blessed with individual characters, yet celebrate common values. St. Anton, St. Christoph, Stuben and Lech share a boundless love of sport and nature, an outstanding sense of quality and cosmopolitanism, coupled with deserved pride in their own traditions.
